Dashboard update: live widget detection, fix delivery status, and one-click cancel
Site cards detect your widget within minutes of install. The remediation page tells you whether approved fixes are live. Billing gets a Cancel plan link that opens the cancel flow directly.
Site cards that know on day one
Add a site, load it once, and the card shows Widget detected with the last-seen time and pageviews recorded. Quiet for a day? It says so. Never seen? It offers the install link. Check again re-runs the check on demand. Pageview totals on cards, insights, and the usage page now share one rolling 30-day figure.
Are my fixes live? Now you know.
The remediation page shows a health strip per site:
- Waiting. Approved; the widget has not yet picked up the new fix set. Normal for a few minutes.
- Live. The widget picked up the current fix set recently. Your approved fixes are on the page.
- Stale. The widget has not picked up fixes in a while. Usually a caching layer in front of your site, or the widget is no longer installed.
Approval messages now say what will happen and when. The chat assistant in your dashboard can report the same status.
Cancel plan, yourself
- Every active paid site on the billing page has a Cancel plan link.
- It opens the cancel flow directly, with a short reason picker and an optional comment.
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops.
When a trial ends without converting, the "you're on Free" email asks one question with five one-click answers. We read every one.

- Account-level discounts show correctly in your monthly total.
